POSITION SUMMARY:

The Brand Supervisor is the leader and Brand Ambassador for Bergdorf Goodman, playing a crucial role in building and delivering BG and vendor brand experiences with selling and leadership teams. The Brand Supervisor partners to drive results and all goals agreed upon by Bergdorf Goodman, inclusive of boutique's defined performance targets. while delivering on the BG and vendor Evening brands experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Knowledge and passion for Evening brands, designs and client evolution.
  • Promotes the vision and culture at BG, partnering with store teams.
  • Develops and achieves business goals, partnering with BG buying teams and vendors, to devise creative and strategic solutions to achieve sales targets.
  • Owns Associate brand training for the different brands and partnering with BG leadership as needed.
  • Creates and manages business development strategies to grow and evolve business.
  • Leads the partnership and execution between BG and vendor brands on all client-facing events and experiences.
  • Facilitates scheduling of all vendor brand training needs including collection launches, seasonal marketing, selling ceremony and operations.
  • Collates business recaps to communicate through executive summaries and seller communication.
  • Partner with VM and brand to adhere to shop's visual standards, maintenance, and housekeeping.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to form productive relationships with SA's, merchants and clients.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with vendor, merchants, and store management team to grow business, improve sell-through and margins.
  • Ensuring appropriate scheduled coverage, in partnership with management.
  • Must be proactive and show initiative in communicating opportunities to increase sales and profitability


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of luxury sales and leadership experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Motivated and results driven.
  • Ability to effectively work both autonomously and as a team player.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to work full time schedule based on business needs and inclusive of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have great customer service skills, be proactive and demonstrate initiative.
  • Prior experience in a luxury environment.
  • Excellent Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
