The Manager, Organization Effectiveness will be responsible for partnering with the business to design creative solutions that enable teams to work together effectively and efficiently across its business model. In this role, you will design operating models to realize the strategic vision, identify performance challenges within the organization, and design recommendations to support improvement (e.g., organization design / cross-functional engagement model / leadership engagement). As a part of our broader Organization Effectiveness Team, this role will partner closely with teams to build the organization design COE and realize our strategic objectives of the Neiman Marcus Group.

Critical responsibilities include:
  • Co-create the organization design COE and accelerate NMGs organization design capability
  • Manage organization design projects, fostering the development of new business capabilities, operating models, and structures needed to support the execution of business strategy
  • Design strategies to support enhanced cross-functional partnership through optimized engagement models (e.g., interactions / processes / etc.)
  • Support senior leaders in organizational changes, providing process support and tools that facilitate a proactive development of organizational capabilities
  • Support workforce transition activities to transition teams to future state operating model and support sustainable adoption
  • Develop and facilitate workshops to support team norming tied to operating model changes
  • Lead development of holistic organization effectiveness frameworks and plans for key strategic initiatives
  • Create and execute project plans for all organization effectiveness deliverables and escalates any issues or risks


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Organization Development, Business, or a related field, required
  • Master's degree from an accredited university, preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in organization design principles, methodologies, and tools, particularly leading change for a strategic plan
  • Experience with large-scale, multi-phased projects
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently within a high pressure, deadline driven environment
