Position Overview
We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Associate to join the Performance Marketing team to help aid the growth of the digital marketing channels throughout EMEA & LATAM. The primary focus is to provide support for all marketing channels which include Paid Search, Shopping, Affiliate, YouTube and Display. They will be responsible for supporting the smooth delivery of campaigns from the briefing process, all the way through to reporting on results. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented and must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Support the Digital Performance Marketing Manager in planning and monitoring campaigns, liaising with both internal teams and external partners
* Monitor agreed KPIs and review campaign performance on a regular basis to ensure sustained growth and make suggestions to optimise for return
* Feed Management - own RL product feed development roadmap and optimise the feed for all channels
* Support the Digital Performance Marketing Manager with the Paid Search & Shopping strategy to meet business objectives
* Critically assess weekly results and regularly identify opportunities to optimize activity
* Be proactive. Spot opportunities and implement trials for especially Paid Search & Shopping campaigns - Google Ads.
* Coordinating and communicating with agencies and partners, work closely with them to ensure that we follow best practice
* Help analyse performance & media RLE commerce campaign results, successes and KPIs. E.g. Analyse and provide insights on PILOT campaigns (e.g. Outerwear launching in Oct) or Generic activity and help come up with measurement framework brand vs generic
* Support in measuring omni channel campaigns e.g. Store Visits driven by Online
* Help us sell strategy via data & turn data into actionable insights that are presentable (visualisation of data storytelling)
* Use competitor analysis and 3rd party data to benchmark our performance and influence our future strategy
* Design, plan, and execute methodologies to measure successes of business initiatives
* Build strong relationships with other internal teams such as BI, Analytics, Marketing, Trading and Studio

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* At least 3 full strategic cycles experience of working across digital marketing channels with good knowledge of the Paid Search & Shopping channels and bonus to know other channel marketing - agency or client side
* Proven experience working with Google Ads is essential
* Agency background or client site experience
* Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite
* Great communication skills, ability to build strong collaborative internal & external relationships
* Ability to tell a story through data analysis
* Proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work across varying departments and can easily thrive and stay motivated in fast-paced, ever changing environment
* Proactive and positive attitude, driven and goal orientated
* Can perform well under pressure and deliver results in difficult situations
