Position Overview
This individual will be working on Polo brand woven bottoms category included denim and chinos. Closely working with all cross functional partners (design, production, sourcing offices, tech, merchandising) to develop design intent from concept to bulk. Support the Lead of Product Management with specific responsibilities related to production functions. Focus on stock deliveries and functions that support on time delivery.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Review weekly factory production wips, analyze and negotiate deliveries to meet contractual dates, publish weekly delivery callouts. Manage and facilitate timely fit and wash approvals with tech, design and wash teams to support on time delivery. Update internal T&A calendar. Prepare agenda for weekly WIPS meetings Work with overseas offices/vendors to communicate "ok to buys" Systems: Maintain GFE data including commit dates, costing Systems: SAP creation of global stock PIR/PR, manage maintenance of the PIR. Systems: Manage customs classification process, ensure HTS uploads are complete Communicate all delivery and price updates to operations team and communicate delivery slides to the buyers Track TOP samples Addressing all updates and challenges to the team to mitigate risk. Responsible for the managing a Product management process and assuring each style sent to factories is development and ready for stock production purposes

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Related experience and College degree preferred Highly proficient computer skills MS Excel a must Great communication skills as this position requires daily cross functional communication PLM experience a plus #LI-CE1
