Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Cash Manager to join the Finance team (role based in Paris)

About the role

In order to support its strong international growth, Vestiaire Collective is creating a position of Cash Manager. Reporting to our Group Financial Controller, the Cash Manager will be responsible for managing the multi-currency cash flow (15 currencies) and banking relations of the 7 entities of the Vestiaire Collective group, in close collaboration with the CFO.

What you'll be doing
  • Daily management of the group's multi-currency treasury
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Participate in the optimization of our cash management tools in Kyriba
  • Tracking cash flows related to buyers, sellers and escrow accounts (Hyperwallet)
  • Management of disbursements related to exceptional buyer/seller flows
  • Cash flow budgeting and forecasting
  • Establish the monthly cash flow budget in conjunction with the Finance team
  • Accurately assess the month-end / year-end net cash position within this framework
  • Management of banking relationships
  • Accounting management and internal control
  • Controlling accounting procedures for bank reconciliation, cash management and banking
  • Ensuring the consistency of cash management procedures: centralisation of accounts, automatic reporting of surpluses, hedging of interest rate and exchange rate risks
  • Manage banking flows according to the specific advantages of each financial in stitution

Who you are
  • You have a degree such as DSCG or Master in Accounting/Cash/Management, and you have a proven and minimum of 5 years of experience in an international group
  • You have used Sage or an equivalent ERP in an international environment with several entities
  • You have a proven experience in managing a team
  • You work autonomously, in a highly rigorous manner, and you are a source of ideas and and a team manager
  • You are organized and you can manage priorities and short deadlines
  • You can work on complex cash operations and schemes and prepare accounting entry templates, which will be used by your team and other accounting team members
  • You can work with other teams, in a fast moving and challenging environment
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are fluent in English and French
