PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Shipment management of PVH brands from sourcing origins to markets
  • Manage export & import declaration and logistics paperwork
  • Vendor management (Factory and Service Provider): Support Manager to monitor On Time Delivery, Transit time under different ship mode
  • Follow up on all shipping documents (incl. Free Trade Agreement CO for duty savings, invoice & packing list)
  • Measure & Monitor KPI
  • Liaise with different business units to resolve any issues related to Shipment, EDI/ASN, Labelling, Vendor non compliance
  • Record management: Compile periodical shipment reports & ensure data integrity in SAP
  • Answer logistics enquiries from different business units
  • Work closely with market logistics teams to ensure the documents for import entry are accurate and on-time
  • Freight invoice audit
  • Conduct vendor training

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience: at least with 5 years working experience in the same field & industry.
  • Education: University/ Tertiary education or above
  • Excellent in Excel (V-lookup, pivot table) and Word
  • Knowledge in PPT
  • Good in spoken & written English & Mandarin
