The Team
The Swimwear Merchandising team is responsible for successfully driving and implementing the collection- and merchandising strategy in line with all business targets and KPI's and following the key essential consumer- and market trends.

On a cross-functional level, the Swimwear Merchandising team closely interacts with the following teams: Design, PD, GTM, Marketing and Planning.

The Position
This role will provide support to the Senior Merchandise Manager and team in executing a successful product merchandising strategy and the delivery of a collection that meets the European and International specific requirements, and that is in line with strategic company directives. In order to do that, you will be working closely to and provide daily operational and creative assistance and support to Merchandise Manager and be responsible for managing data and internal processes, and coordinating and collaborating both internally within the Merchandising Teams and externally across Cross-functional departments.
This is a unique opportunity to work in multifunctional manner, both directly for and hand-in-hand with the Merchandise Manager across a diverse range of topics and gain invaluable insights and exposure to a broad spectrum of the commercial swimwear business and to the wider industry itself.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of the merchandising data for Calvin Klein Swimwear, including PLM maintenance
• Helping to drive process and data management consistency though the daily maintenance

of data systems and tools in a consistent manner
• Conducting various research, analysis and creating merchandising tools
• Market research on competitors assortments and pricing
• Running regular reports and analysis on KPI and seasonal performance
• Supporting the Merchandising Manager in daily tasks, s.a. meeting organization, meeting minutes and follow up, creating presentations, sample organization etc.
• Management of ad hoc cross-functional projects

The Ideal Candidate:

• Education: higher (textile) education

• 2y working experience in similar field
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with PLM (Oracle) is an advantage but not mandatory
• Excellent English communication written and verbal
• Excellent data analysis skills - able to work with historical data to extract business insights

• High level of accuracy and detail oriented
• Fast learner and talented in organization
• Proactive and enthusiastic spirit
• Able to organize multiple tasks under pressures and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and set own prioritizations within a fast moving environment
• Ability to work in a team
• Brand ambassador / passionate about the product
• Strong interest in fashion and market trends
