The Team
The Digital Selling team sits within Digital Product, the department responsible for PVH's digital B2B buying and selling experiences. The Digital Selling team's product portfolio covers the full end-to-end process of digital wholesale selling. We constantly look for ways to improve our users' lives. This means that our day-to-day is working on better integration, technology, services and digital tools to continuously make the selling experience better for our users.

The Digital Selling team consists of three pillars:
[1] Product - responsible for working closely with our users to ideate, design and build new features and products
[2] Operations - responsible for change management, launching, harmonization and continuation of our digital products across markets
[3] Innovation & Strategy - responsible for tying business opportunities into the digital wholesale selling kitchen and implementing strategic and innovative initiatives.

The Position

You will take the lead in defining and executing the innovation strategy for PVH's physical wholesale selling environment. You will work on user-journey mapping of the physical showroom experiences and conduct fit-gap analysis on potential projects that can enhance this journey. You will collaborate with a variety of internal teams to understand impact vs. effort of new initiatives and brainstorm on the future of digital selling in a physical environment. You will work with the markets to understand their key challenges in their day-to-day and look for solutions to key user problems. You will work with the product team to understand how the digital selling suite can be optimized through physical showroom experiences. You will build business cases around initiatives, which will include analytics and insights.

In addition, you will work together with the innovation team on the discovery of innovative solutions & technologies that support retail, product and 3DX visions and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in defining and executing the innovation strategy for our physical showroomexperiences and give strategic recommendation
  • Collect input from internal teams and markets (35+ locations) to prioritize opportunities andselects most value adding/impactful projects
  • Support in building the long-term roadmap of technologies & physical set-ups that will improvethe physical showroom experiences
  • Drive the adoption and transformation of new innovation with internal teams & markets
  • Lead ideation, user discoveries and validations to solve key user challenges and create moresynergies between physical and digital experiences
  • Research and build knowledge on how markets are operating, selling and buying and workwith designated teams to get analytics and insights on this
  • Collaborate with 3D product creation and experience teams to enable physical showroomset-ups
  • Execute the implementation of new technologies and innovation end-to-end (user trainings, integration, communication)

The Ideal Candidate
  • Masters' Degree in Business, Innovation, Strategy or IT-related field; or any combination of equivalent experience, education, and training
  • 3+ years' experience in digital/omnichannel project management experience
  • Experienced in presenting to and convincing key stakeholders
  • Experience in coordination and alignment with vendors and strategic partners
  • Excellent at planning, project, time, budget, an overall solid Project Manager
  • Successful multi-tasker and performs well under pressure
  • Has an analytical and problem-solving mindset, balanced with creative thinking
  • Works very well with others; is inclusive and collaborative
  • Is commercially aware and able to drive improvement activities to meet business needs
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure and drive improvements
  • Self-starter with aim to take initiative and solve problems independently
