This Tech Implementation Manager role will focus on new and existing tech implantation and improvement.

A key component of this position requires building an in-depth understanding of Wrike and other new and existing Marketing systems.

This role is extremely cross functional in nature and requires close collaboration between multiple Marketing functions.

Strong listening, observational, consultative and interpretive skills are a must. You will need to be able to set and manage expectations and coordinate with a cross-functional team in order to execute and deliver.

Executing successfully in this role directly contributes to engagement, adoption and usage by the application end users.


Own the overall responsibility for ensuring best practices are followed when implementing new MAC systems

Become a Subject Matter Expert with the new & existing systems

Live Product Demonstrations both in person and via Teams

Coordinate for Demo and Training Environments

Issue Escalation/Triage Support

Gather Voice of the Customer feedback from associates

Work with teams to communicate the latest release materials and provide support as needed

Skills Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication. Confidence communicating with associates at various levels in an organization.

Ability to maintain composure under pressure, and make critical decisions and develop creative solutions

Experience implementing new tech systems in retail / marketing is a plus

Expert knowledge of Wrike

Ability to drive effective meetings

2 + years of experience
