THE ROLE

Off White™️ is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join the Global Brand Marketing team and support the day to day management of 360 Global marketing projects. The ideal candidate is a dynamic person who thrives well in a fast pace environment, has strong organisation skills and solid cross-functional project management experience. Knowledge of fashion and youth culture, as well as previous experience working for a global luxury or lifestyle brands are preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the day to day 360 management, from concept to execution, of Off-White™ collaborations, special projects, brand events and cultural activations worldwide
    • Coordinate all internal stakeholders across product, brand/ comms, trade marketing and production to ensure alignment across all departments and timely and consistent projects' roll out
    • Be the point of contact for external partners and collaborators, as well as external agencies, to ensure constant communication flow and alignment across all project phases
    • Develop and maintain key documents including marketing calendars, project briefs, presentations, contracts etc.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities (across digital and physical outlets) to drive brand awareness, cultural relevance, and consumer engagement


WHO YOU ARE

    • 4+ years' experience in a 360 Marketing role, preferably in a luxury fashion or lifestyle brand
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (Master's is a plus)
    • Highly organisaed with a proven record of cross-functional project management experience is a must
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure
    • International mindset and experiences
    • Excellent use of MS Office applications particularly Excel, Keynote and PowerPoint
    • Fluent in English written and spoken this will be tested in the interview process
