Tiffany is looking for a Coordinator, Global Client Experience to join our Global Client Relations team. The focus of our team is to reach new and existing clients through elevated client experiences, bespoke events, activations and personalized services. This person will play a key role in our department by helping to develop new Global event concepts with a focus on in-store activations. With an emphasis on event ideation and design this individual will support the global vision for key product and festive moments throughout the year. Through extensive cross-functional partnership, this individual will focus on executing the overall client relations strategy in service of achieving Tiffany's key results.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop new and creative ideas to animate stores in market (in-store and virtually) during festive moments, product launches, High Jewelry events and other specific retail needs
  • Support the over-all department organization: event recaps, regional trackers, calendars and reports
  • Provide design renderings to build global guidelines for key events
  • Key understanding of retail business to drive client engagement and excitement in stores through bespoke experiences
  • Partner with Global Client Experience Director to help define and standardize elevated execution of the overarching client actions strategy
  • Work closely with corporate partners to ensure brand standards are maintained yet support a localized approach Work closely with all Regions and Markets to track calendar of events and activations
  • Create consistency with recaps, tracking and account planning for activations and events across the network
  • Support larger event moments through on-site presence

  • 3+ years of event experience
  • Ability to work with design software (Adobe, Photoshop)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Passion and creativity for client experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and multi-tasking

  • Luxury industry experience
  • Previous experience in a client events/design
