Vestiaire Collective is looking for an Influencer Manager to join the Global Marketing team (role based in Paris)
About the role
Vestiaire Collective is looking for a talented, community-minded and sustainable fashion passionate Influencer Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Influence, you will be responsible for supporting on developing the Vestiaire Collective influence strategy, creating opportunities for building the global influence community, and structuring global reporting processes.
This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with key teams across the company, including Social Media, PR, Creative, Commercial, Insights & Analytics.
What you'll be doing
Influence
- Support the Head of Influence on the development of the Vestiaire Collective influence strategy and definition of the influence guidelines for all Regions to follow
- Lead the regions in the execution of all influence campaigns, including validation of profiles and approval of the content created
- Support the Head of Influence with the development of our key Influence programmes, currently including:
- The Ambassador Programme:
- Be the global key project manager, working closely with Regions on ongoing development and enhancement
- Prepare monthly content (newsletters & mailers) for local influence team to be used by the ambassadors
- Ensure Regions are briefed on key feature updates and other business developments to update our influence community on
- Support the regions in identifying, building and maintaining relationships with ambassadors
- Collective for Change
- Manage the programme, including development of monthly themes and structure
- Collaborate with Regions and other Global teams including PR and Onsite to build strong amplifying and 360 content where appropriate
- Lead the ongoing search for fresh & new profiles to join the Collective for Change community and advocate for our message on social media
- The Ambassador Programme:
Coordination
- Develop strong and creative influence guidelines for our programmes as well as the amplification of other campaigns for the regions to follow
- Own the global reporting process:
- Create templates for regions to follow for maximum consistency
- Providing global analysis, building weekly and monthly activity reports based on owned and earned KPIs
- Ensure influence strategy and execution always follows wider business and marketing objectives and KPIs
- Work closely with the Regions to provide effective and aligned coordination of the topic
Influence ecosystem and innovation
- Build a solid approach to measuring ROI and the contribution of influence activities to both branding and performance efforts, ensuring insights inform future plans and programmes
- Seek new influence partners and platforms to collaborate with, responding to target audience interests
- Following the latest trends in marketing, influence management, technology, and work on relaying them internally
- Always be looking for new approaches and ways to improve our influence campaigns
Team
- Management of one intern
Who you are
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working in influence marketing, either for an agency or in-house (in e-commerce, fashion or a relevant industry)
- A global perspective: experience of working on global projects essential; having lived or studied in different geographies is a plus
- Analytical with a strategic mindset: you have solid quantitative skills and know how to leverage influence to meet wider business and marketing objectives
- Creative and curious: you believe influence can't be measured by the numbers of followers only. Your analysis capabilities coupled with your instinct enable you to find innovative mechanics on social and new ways of doing influence
- Strong knowledge about the global influencer landscape and best practices
- Community minded, you are passionate about conversations, trends and rising stars on social networks
- You are proactive and structured: key for this role is someone highly motivated, autonomous, detail oriented and process driven
- Passionate about second-hand and sustainability: you think second-hand is the future of fashion and follow platforms and influencers involved in this space
Tools
- Comfortable with technology, preference for:
- Experience with Project Management tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Experience with Analytics tools (e.g. Campaygn, Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Knowledge and active user of social networks: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn etc
Languages
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
