The Team

The Ecommerce (Ecom) Department is responsible for managing the European own and operated tommy.com and calvinklein.com sites across all European markets. The team operates all necessary functions to manage the Ecom business end-to-end. Both brands are growing in a fast pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years. The team consists of approx. 100+ people and will continue to grow significantly. Furthermore, team members are of various cultural backgrounds and nationalities, all highly motived and skilled as well as inspiring to work with.

As the own and operated Ecom business is one of the main growth opportunities for both brands, there is a high focus in the organization to support the Ecom growth.

One of the strategic pillars is to drive a more data decision driven culture within the business. Thus, we are looking to grow and scale up our analytical capabilities and team in order to provide best in class support to functions across the ecommerce business, to allow for rapid and efficient decision making.

The Position

The Ecommerce Senior Webanalyst position will be part of the Ecom Analytics department, supporting both brand teams, cross functionally with all data and analytics needs. The senior webanalyst will report into the Ecom Director of Analytics and will be the go to person/ subject matter expert in the Analytics team regarding webanalytics

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the key partner to Site merchandings, content and CX teams in the business to support defining analytics needs and building all relevant report & analysis to support these teams to drive a data driven decision making approach
  • Build analysis and drive insights, using click stream data, in combination with other data sources to help build understanding of product and consumer purchase behaviours
  • Be responsible to drive constant self service improvements, help spread data knowledge across teams and ensure access and understanding of key webanalytics tools
  • Support tracking and tagging efforts, working closely with agency partner of update and improvement of data layer and data tracking
  • Be the key counterpart for marketing analytics team to ensure coordination and alignement on data and data usage

The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor degree with 3-5 years of related work experience in a similar field
  • Previous experience in Ecom (D2C, B2C); fashion industry is a plus
  • Strong experience working with Web Data on Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
  • SQL and/or Big query knowledge
  • Experience working with Tealium or Google Tag Manager
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Team player with a hands on mentality and who can work independently.
  • Analytical and result orientated mind-set
