PR Assistant

KOIBIRD is seeking a proactive and experienced PR Assistant to work alongside our PR team and Fashion & Content Director. This is a fast-paced environment with plenty of room to be creative, grow and expand your role.

You will also:

- Plan and assist the PR Manager on all call-ins, loans and send out for press and influencers.

- Pack call-ins and loans and work closely with the store team to ensure all is smoothly sent and to its correct recipient. 

- Manage the press coverage tracker and send weekly updates every Friday to the wider team.

- Send weekly press blast emails and start to create relationships with editors, stylists, and shopping editors.

- Organise and coordinate press gifting (part of building relationships).

- Check press coverage daily/weekly (for organic as well as planned) within all supplements, papers and magazines (as well as online coverage).

- Help the PR director with strategy for upcoming collection launches and campaigns.

- Work and assist on all PR events.

- Work closely with our Fashion & Content Director and Social Media Manager to ensure that PR is aligned with what is happening in regards to shoots, editorial and the social media calendar. 

- Ensure you have a strong grip on all product and stock levels that KOIBIRD has, documenting and updating wider team members on products which are out on loan.

- Assist the PR manager on all admin and travel. 

- Actively create relationships across the KOIBIRD departments to ensure a seamless flow of communication.
