Sister Jane is seeking an experienced candidate who is passionate about fashion and PR who is seeking to join a fast-growing business and a dynamic and international team.

Reporting to the Branding and Communications Director, the PR & Digital Manager is responsible to lead on the Company’s PR strategy across three brands (Sister Jane, DREAM Sister Jane and Ghospell).

Main responsibilities

  • Take the lead on the Global Public Relations strategy for the three brands, working closely with e-commerce and digital marketing to ensure an integrated approach.
  • Build on existing relationships with media and stylists, with a focus on digital and short lead titles in the UK and internationally
  • Manage collaborations and digital partnerships with brands and influencers
  • Manage global celebrity placement and influencer marketing, including product gifting allocations for each new collection, including:
    • Overseeing on the execution and distribution of global gifting
    • Manage influencer collaborations
    • Report to management on coverage and gifting performance
  • Increase exposure of both brands by actively pitching product, trends and new launches to targeted press, ensuring this aligns with the most recent collections
  • Proactively follow sales performance, digital reporting and sell-through reports in order to identify new opportunities for further exposure of both brands
  • Manage the PR assistant workstreams on:
    • pitching and press enquiries
    • press and influencer databases
    • sample management
    • gifting
  • Plan and organise press, influencer and customer event activity
  • Manage interns, including overseeing their recruitment and training

Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a Fashion PR with an established network of influencers and press contacts
  • Prior experience working with digital activations and collaborations
  • A business-minded individual with strong understanding of fashion branding, digital marketing, and communications 
  • A confident and self-starter person to be ambassador of the brand 
  • Very strong communication skills with excellent use of written English
  • Fluency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Well-organised and efficient person with good time management and prioritisation skills and the ability to summarise and communicate key information clearly
  • A team player who likes to work in a very dynamic and international environment
  • Eager to adopt responsibilities and take on new challenges
