The candidate will provide first line support to the SVP Commercial, responsible for the day-to-day management of our North American and global online accounts, data reporting and analysis.


Responsibilities and general duties:
• Responsible for the management of wholesale customer accounts in North America as well as global Online accounts
• Sales campaign: lead market appointments by presenting the collection to current and
prospective accounts; order entry and processing
• Weekly & Monthly sales reporting (fiscal selling, style selling, market share reports, store visits)
• Reporting, monitoring, and facilitating the shipping process
• Partner with Logistics and Accounting teams to facilitate customer service as needed
• Maintain an active dialogue with clients regarding product and brand positioning; develop action-oriented proposals to nurture both relationships and growth in market share
• Seasonal store visits to conduct product training, maintain and promote brand awareness, and act as a brand ambassador; market research
• Samples: seasonal order placement, trafficking, and inventory management
• Ad hoc reporting / recaps / presentations as needed


Profile:
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the luxury shoes industry (strong wholesale experience essential)
• Bachelor’s degree


Must have:
• Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment by being flexible and adaptable
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks, and ensure delivery of results within tight deadlines
• Ability to build relationships and network easily
• Availability to travel
