POSITION SUMMARY:

The PD Associate s responsible for executing product development process and delivering top tier product in accordance with seasonal calendar under the direction of the Supply Director.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Collaborate with Supply Manager in the research and development of new sourcing opportunities
  • Develop and maintain tracking reports for research, developments, and samples
  • Collaborate with Supply Manager to analyze style level costing for all new developments, including comparisons to previous product
  • Work with cross-functional partners and overseas teams to cost engineer products to meet style level targets
  • Maintain updated information via systems (Centric, Entefy) pertaining to supplier, sample tracking, costing, design changes
  • Attend and take notes at fittings with design & technical design teams
  • Support manager with projects for upper management business reviews & meetings
  • Escalate unresolved issues to upper management for quick solution by all functional teams
  • Lead internal meetings; prepare agendas for touchbases
  • Work with counterparts to resolve development and production issues
  • Daily follow up/email communications with cross functional team onshore and off shore
  • Handle other responsibilities and projects as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 2+ years Supply experience

Education: College Degree, or prior work experience, preferred

Skills:

  • Comfortable working in rapidly changing environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Suite; emphasis on MS Excel
  • Follow up skills are essential
  • Adept at interpersonal and email communication
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative in busy environment

Pay Range: $56,650 - $77,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
