As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the buying strategy, seasonal buy, product replenishment, performance analysis, and other product-related activities for Formal & Tailoring line across Greater China Region (GCR).

In this role, you will report Merchandising Manager.

In this role you will:

Support Merchandising Managers in all pre and in season related activities:

• Preparation of the buying through qualitative and quantitative analysis: seasonal sales performance, CRM insights, SKU efficiency competitive analysis, collection of feedback from stores etc.
• Definition of both buying strategy and range plan for formal & tailoring lines at market/store level in accordance with line and category strategies.
• Creation of customer centric product assortments by reconciling regional market needs, Customer, competitor and market trends with global brand strategy.
• Weekly/monthly sales analysis of seasonal and continuative lines and definition of action plans to cross functional teams (Planning, Retail, VM…) to maximize in season business performance

Have the opportunity to work across functions for:

• Coordinating, in collaboration with Planning, Retail Team, inventory management, in season replenishment and consolidation to maximize in season business performance
• Defining seasonal Marketing calendars and new products launches alongside Marketing and Digital Teams
• Preparing seasonal collection training in collaboration with HR/Training Team and Retail
• Regular alignments with regional Retail Team and relevant HQ functions

This role will involve overseas business travel for seasonal buy and domestic travel for regular store visits and in-store follow up training.

Bachelor degree and above
3-5 years experiences in Merchandiser Role
Passion and enthusiasm for men's fashion
Excellent knowledge of men's luxury arena
Strong communication skills
Strong command of both Mandarin and English
Excellent analytical skills as well as creativity
Potential to be developed in merchandiser career path
