Our São Paulo office is located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history. The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology. We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities!

THE ROLE

Lead and coordinate logistics team, composed by delivery and supply chain for partners at FARFETCH for Latin America;

Accountable for optimize Operations KPIs;

Develop short, mid and long term strategic operations plans following FARFETCH strategies;

WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Develop and implement logistic plans in line with the business' overall objectives and take full accountability for all logistic operations;
    • Focus on find opportunities to optimize KPIs related to both delivery as well cost efficiency;
    • Provide KPI's visibility to the business;
    • Manage carriers contracts;
    • Coordinate logistics team performance, development and career;


WHO YOU ARE

    • Experienced retail operations;
    • Experienced in communicating to multiple stakeholders;
    • Cross-cultural mindset;
    • A Data-driven person with a mindset focused on maximizing operations KPI's;
    • Strong results oriented approach; very bottom-line oriented, steadfastly pushes self and others for results;
    • Negotiating - can negotiate in tough situations with both internal and external groups; can settle differences with minimum noise; can win concessions without damaging relationships; gains trust quickly of others parties to negotiations;
    • Think outside of the box, giving inputs to be disruptive and always making courageous decisions, taking valuable risks;
    • Knowledge on import and export processes;
    • Regulations and ISO requirements will be appreciated;
    • Fluent in English, Spanish will be a plus
    • Knowledge on retail luxury market is desirable
    • Strong analytical and problem solving mindset;
