About the team

As part of the Global Business Planning Team, you will be responsible for driving the business with a consumer-centric approach identify customer preferences, and forecasting consumer trends in close contact with local markets and global counterparts. 

The team consists of 3 business planners across all sales channels where you report to the Head of Global Business Planning. Together we work towards the vision of Global Planning and Merchandising to optimize merchandise flow to secure the face of the brand to the consumer.

Responsibilities

• Review the sales and stock performance and achieved KPIs across the sales channels globally, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Provide quality data insights across the channels
• Follow up on seasonal initiatives and key consumer moments
• Support in the development of new system tools and ways of working to improve efficiency

Your skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of retail merchandising experience or similar experience
• Experience with forecasting and planning
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of the fashion industry in conjunction with different channels of distribution
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; computer proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, adapt to change, and maintain composure under pressure
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
