As Principal Product Manager, you'll be part of a high performing product community building & implementing our Warehouse Management System applications and processes landscape, creating new and innovative ways to connect fashion and technology with our partners. You will drive our WMS capabilities to support the ambitious growth of our B2B business by owning the applications and processes, reducing manual effort and making things smarter for our partners, shareholders and colleagues.

  • You will drive the B2B vision into the warehouse applications and processes space through the full cycle of discovery, definition, design and delivery to empower engineers, stakeholders, operations and experts to drive the partner's customer experience. Further, own world-class end-user tooling for our day-to-day business affecting 15000+ and growing colleagues in our fulfillment centres.
  • You will build, scale and continuously improve a variety of logistics applications either dedicated to B2B or shared across our business and customer propositions. Redefine the delivery experience of our partner customer's and related day-to-day work of our colleagues in our logistics centres.
  • You will drive process & automation KPIs and support teams (engineering, product, business) to deliver on those with the right priorities. Manage the productification of our systems to accelerate time to production, to increase capabilities for smart evaluation of technologies in PoC/prototypes/pilots, and to reduce complexity with a growing number of processes and technologies.

Inspire, consult and empower your stakeholders, especially B2B business, Engineering + Product teams, integration and implementation as well as warehouse operations central functions + fulfillment centre leadership teams.

  • You are data-driven and collaborative Product Management practitioner and leader with experience of working with internal and external stakeholders
  • You have experience of developing B2C (consumer-facing) or B2B (partner-facing) products across multiple platforms
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams, align goals and deliverables and drive overall success independent of organizational boundaries
  • You have experience owning the long and medium term vision and development roadmap for products. You have driven products which have a multi-year horizon for realization of the full vision
  • You know how to measure the success of your product and continuously iterate to improve it for the benefit of our partners
