POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director, Investor Relations will support the SVP, Investor Relations. This individual will help communicate and enhance the investment community's understanding of PVH and its business model, growth opportunities and financial performance. The position is very fast paced, and will require someone who can multi-task, with strong communication, written and financial skills. This role will have significant interactions with senior leadership, including CEO, CFO, General Counsel and brand management, in addition to the Financial Reporting, PVH Communications and Legal teams.

Pay Range: $165,000 - $208,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Support SVP, Investor Relations in communication with the investment community about PVH's business model, current strategies and growth opportunities
Gain in-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends, competitive landscape and consumers and synthesize business and market insights to team
Analyze and synthesize vast amounts of information, understand the details supporting the analysis and transform data into actionable insights
Analyze and summarize earnings and news releases from PVH's peers
Track thematic and financial trends and performance across the retail and apparel sector
Analyze sell-side earnings models vs. company guidance
Develop PowerPoint presentations for management to present at conferences, board meetings and internal meetings
Analyze PVH's investor base to determine which investors and markets to target for upcoming meetings
Coordinate and manage any investor meetings and events
Support drafting of conference call notes for CEO and any other Executive as needed for quarterly earnings calls or investor presentations
Assist in writing all quarterly earnings press releases and ad hoc press releases
Manage content for the Company's investor relations website
Coordinate and collaborate with PVH Communications to create and secure company and brand-related content for use internally
Manage and develop junior talent to leverage the IR team and function internally and externally
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
8 years+ of progressive experience in equity research, investment management, investor relations, or investment banking, with focus on retail and apparel sector strongly preferred
Strong project management, problem solving and analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative, with ability to structure analysis, synthesize and interpret business data
Education:
A Bachelor's degree is required in business or finance; an MBA degree with concentration in finance would be an advantageous, although comparable work experience is acceptable
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), including the ability to influence and work successfully with varied audiences and executives
Highly organized and thoughtful with exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Strong ability to read and understand financial statements
Ability to cultivate key relationships in order to successfully understand and articulate the company's messaging
Strong research and analytical skills, and working knowledge of standard office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), in addition to FactSet
High attention to detail to create executive level materials
Must be able to work independently and to be self-sufficient, but also must be able to act as a collaborator
Must be flexible and rapidly adapt to changes in environment and priorities
Prior experience in the retail/apparel industry would be strongly valued
