Essential Duties & Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO Team Leadership & Engagement
* Create an inclusive working environment with a customer-centric mindset
* Inspire the team to deliver sales and profitability
* Unlocking talent that drives the team by developing your team product knowledges and selling skills
* Support the induction and welcome process of new team members Business Client Development
* Maximise the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey
* Building and fostering strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand
* Leveraging all clienteling tools and opportunities to drive loyalty Operations
* Manage inventory flow to minimise shrink loss through operational excellence
* Managing floor recovery, size and price integrity
* Analysis data, utilise reports and make conclusions to optimise performance and/or take corrective action in collaboration with the General Manager

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
WHO YOU ARE
* Energetic, passionate and results driven
* Extensive experience in a fast-paced environment with a previous management experience
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
