You are looking for an exciting new challenge in the field of Marketing and PR and you want to develop yourself further? We are looking for a Marketing & PR Coordinator for our showroom in Munich.



  • Expansion and maintenance of the media database
  • Handling of sample mailings and returns
  • Control of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Writing and creating of presentations, mailings, and dispatches
  • Creating of reportings and analyses
  • Monitoring of various media outlets
  • Communication with editors, stylists, VIPs and influencers
  • Supporting in the planning and implementation of PR projects and events
  • Organization of the showroom set up in cooperation with the sales team
  • Supporting the team in administrative areas
  • Coordination and realization of own smaller projects



  • Studies in the fields of economics, media and communication sciences or comparable qualification with relevant specialization, preferably with a focus on fashion/luxury
  • High affinity for fashion and lifestyle
  • Ideally some experiences in the field of Marketing/PR
  • High level of customer and service orientation
  • Confident handling of all common MS-Office programs, especially Excel
  • Fluent German and very good English
