Sister Jane is looking for a dynamic and customer driven individual to join the retail team at the Sister Jane Townhouse.

Responsibilities 

  • This role is required to work in Sister Jane Townhouse as a brand ambassador.
  • As the brand ambassador, set up Showroom with a high visual merchandising standards, communicate Sister Jane values to our customers and provide customer feedback to the Design Team where relevant.
  • As a key holder, take ownership of opening, closing and cashing up procedures of Sister Jane Showroom and Cafe.
  • Maintain an accurate stock in the Showroom.
  • Actively be involved in the receiving of new collections and work on collections changeover.
  • Greet, and help customers with their purchases in the Showroom
  • Serve drinks and light snacks from the cafe
  • Assist our Studio Coordinator in administrative and stock related tasks as and when required.

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years prior experience in the fashion industry as a sales associate, or in the hospitality industry as a front of house staff.
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills, patience and great interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, excellent multi-tasker, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn and grow with the growth of the business.
  • Has a flexible and versatile attitude to work according to and in line with the business needs.
  • Experience in using a POS and stock management system is an advantage.
  • Fluency in a language other than English is an advantage.
