Sister Jane is looking for a dynamic and customer driven individual to join the retail team at the Sister Jane Townhouse.
Responsibilities
- This role is required to work in Sister Jane Townhouse as a brand ambassador.
- As the brand ambassador, set up Showroom with a high visual merchandising standards, communicate Sister Jane values to our customers and provide customer feedback to the Design Team where relevant.
- As a key holder, take ownership of opening, closing and cashing up procedures of Sister Jane Showroom and Cafe.
- Maintain an accurate stock in the Showroom.
- Actively be involved in the receiving of new collections and work on collections changeover.
- Greet, and help customers with their purchases in the Showroom
- Serve drinks and light snacks from the cafe
- Assist our Studio Coordinator in administrative and stock related tasks as and when required.
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in the fashion industry as a sales associate, or in the hospitality industry as a front of house staff.
- Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
- Excellent customer service skills, patience and great interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, excellent multi-tasker, with excellent attention to detail.
- Eager to learn and grow with the growth of the business.
- Has a flexible and versatile attitude to work according to and in line with the business needs.
- Experience in using a POS and stock management system is an advantage.
- Fluency in a language other than English is an advantage.
