This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You will work as a key player on the Integrated Marketing team and lead all marketing activities for both licensing (3 categories: fragrance, eyewear, watches) and luxury wholesale. In this role, you will partner with our licensees to develop and implement 360 seasonal plans to support key product priorities across our 3 licensed categories. This leader will also oversee the strategic planning and orchestration of key marketing programs with our 3 luxury wholesale partners to drive brand visibility on our partner's ecosystem, deepen customer engagement and ultimately support our branding and commercial objectives. You're resourceful and collaborative with a passion for product. A sense of humor is a plus!

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You might be driving the annual and seasonal strategic planning and execution of key marketing activities in partnership with the licensees and the business team or you'll be leading seasonal strategic planning in collaboration with wholesale partners and the internal sales team and orchestrating the execution of seasonal marketing programs. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence.

To Land This Role:
  • 6+ years of experience in a wholesale or licensing marketing role - fashion, luxury or beauty experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead successful campaigns, from strategic development to implementation and analysis.
  • Highly creative with a strong product and styling sensitivity
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key internal and external partners
  • Highly organized with excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach, good instincts for prioritization and the ability to work under a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Desire to develop talent and foster growth among junior team members.
