JOB SUMMARY
Lead and develop the company's visual presentation in the London Stores, maintaining the Tory Burch Visual Merchandising standards throughout the stores. This role is all about creating a store environment that promotes our brand, showcases & moves our products & delights our customers. You will need to have a well-developed understanding of the Tory Burch Visual presentation standards and strong business acumen - effectively balancing aesthetics with productivity, and be extremely creative and an effective communicator and trainer.

JOB DESCRIPTION
FOCUS AREA #1: Field Visual Merchandising Execution & Standards
- Lead the market in implementing, adapting and elevating Visual Merchandising guidelines, including but not limited to window presentations and in-store displays
- Responsible for the market's adaptation and rollout of new initiatives and Visual communications as needed
- Resolve store-specific merchandising opportunities that require adaptations based on region, market, store architecture, inventory levels, and business trends
- Liaison between the market and Regional Corporate Office - communicating successes, opportunities, and needs at the field level
- Demonstrate a strong working relationship with corporate teams, store management, and partners
- Contribute to maintaining all brand and operating standards to support consistency across channels
- Exercise independent judgment in developing strategies to uphold the Visual Merchandising standards within the market, working closely with the Regional Visual team
- Identify Best-In-Class Visual Merchandising trends in the local market (windows, signage, props, etc.)
- Emulate the brand aesthetic and embody a strong sense of fashion and an enthusiastic, positive attitude.
FOCUS AREA #2: Onsite Visual Support
- Support the in-store planning, execution and follow-up of key rollouts and initiatives within the market.
- Frequent travel and onsite visits to provide real-time Visual Merchandising support, feedback, and training.
- Work with back of house to ensure all new product is strategically placed on the selling floor; manage the product flow and merchandising cadence with agility.
- Photo management/reviews, coordinating closely with market store teams, for regular submissions and recaps to the Regional Visual team, noting opportunities and successes along with general notes relative to the market.
FOCUS AREA #3: Visual Support - Special Events, New Store Openings & Operations
- Support the execution of special event set-ups such as Press Previews, Styling Sessions and Brand Launch Events.
- Work closely with regional cross-functional partners such as Retail, Marketing, Buying and PR to support their visual needs, coordinating closely with the Regional Visual team.
- Coordinate all market VM props and control/manage Visual Inventory.
- Support and supervise all of the New Store Openings within the market.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures (key holder).
FOCUS AREA #4: Leadership
- Coordinate and conduct visual training sessions and workshops within the market.
- Participate in the development of visual merchandising educational/ training tools for the market.
- Onboard new hires in order to train them on Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines.
- Travel with cross-functional partners when in-market to influence Visual decision making.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES NOT COVERED IN FOCUS AREAS:
- Corporate and Special Projects as needed
- Based on business needs and priorities, during pick period with selling and any activity necessary in order to support store team.
