Mission Overview:

Executing effective recruitment strategies to identify, source, assess and hire the best talent across all business areas in Europe (Italy, France and Spain), bringing passion and energy to the recruitment process. You will develop and maintain a pipeline of top talent for critical roles, both office and retail based. Success in this role will be demonstrated by effective ensuring the right talent is ready at the right time for any given opportunity. You will be expected to deliver a luxury candidate experience, ensuring a positive and inclusive brand impression at all times.

Responsibilities:

· Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from initial brief through to offer stage, ensuring all stakeholders and candidates are kept up to date throughout the process

· Defining the sourcing strategy, selecting the most suitable channels to attract and reach talent

· Market roles effectively through engaging job advertisements to attract the right candidates

· Managing multiple vacancies at differing levels and prioritising business critical roles

· Screening & shortlisting CV's and presenting to Hiring Managers

· Conducting first stage interviews and providing timely updates to Hiring Managers, including your feedback and recommendations

· Efficiently coordinating interviews and supporting in Line Manager interviews as and when required

· Understand candidates needs and motivations from the outset, to ensure offers are secured and accepted

· Delivering a luxury and memorable candidate journey, keeping all candidates engaged and up to date with the process, as well as delivering constructive and meaningful feedback

· Supporting during onboarding process;

· Supporting the Head of People Europe and the Talent Acquisition Manager and wider People team with projects

· Championing inclusion throughout the recruitment process, ensuring we present a diverse range of candidates

· Engage with Schools, Colleges and Universities to identify rising talent and alumni

· Proactively pipelining for difficult to fill roles

· Provide progress reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Head of People Europe and line managers when requested Ensure the ATS (Workday) is up to date and accurate

Your profile:

· Minimum of 2 years' previous experience in Talent Acquisition (agency or in-house) ideally with some experience in the Retail industry

· You demonstrate strong knowledge of the entire recruitment function - talent acquisition practices, principles and applications including attraction, interviewing and assessment

· You are an excellent communicator with the ability to engage and influence at differing seniority levels. You are intuitive and seek insight into the business to act as a knowledgeable advisor.

· Previous experience of successfully building and maintaining relationships with a varied group of stakeholders, managing their expectations and delivering an exceptional level of service.

· Forward thinking in your approach, you will challenge yourself to think of new ways to bring talent into the business.

· You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple, diverse roles at one time

· You have passion and affinity for luxury fashion and can demonstrate strong knowledge of the industry

· Fluent in English, additional languages (French, Spanish) a plus.
