Job Overview
The primary responsibility of the Director, Live to Site is to oversee of the ‘Live to Site' process, from initial product turn in stages to creative processes within photography, retouching and copy. A successful candidate will be highly collaborative with strong communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills. The Director will work cross functionally across many teams to help develop and refine best practices, with the ultimate goal of reducing live to site time across all product categories.

The Director will work cross functionally across many teams to help develop and refine best practices, with the ultimate goal of reducing live to site time across all product categories.
Essential Functions
- Partner with cross functional teams to help transform current processes into best practices
- Communicate proactively across teams regarding opportunities and challenges, building strategic roadmaps to improve upon current state
- Assist with the roll-out and execution of new enhancements via training and communication
- Help concept new reporting to provide greater visibility across all teams identified within the live to site process
- Use key metrics within reporting, along with strategic problem-solving skills to manage the business and propose new business driving ideas
- Assist with competitive analyses of digital operations processes to ensure industry competitiveness
- Prioritize and adapt quickly to changing business needs, identifying ‘lowest hanging fruit' and understanding business impact
- Ensure relevant business partners feel involved and informed through transparent communication
Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university
- Minimum 5+ years of related experience within E-commerce
- Must be extremely internet savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Must have business analytical skills
- Outstanding relationship orientation with the ability to build meaningful relationships with key business stakeholders
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, storytelling) skills; high level of creativity, independence, and ability to project confidence
- Ability to act as a change agent to implement new and/or evolved strategies and excite partners to bring it to life for our customers
- Balance both leading a team and influencing stakeholders with or without direct reporting authority, gaining consensus, managing conflict and resolving issues when they occur
- Intellectually curious with strong people skills, drawing actionable insights and recommendations, and building strategies leveraging both art and science
- Ability to juggle multiple projects - can identify primary and secondary objectives, prioritize tasks, and communicate timeline to team members
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive company information

- Regularly requires walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
- May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.
- Frequently required to use computers and other office equipment.
