BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The CONSUMER VALUE PROJECT COORDINATOR manages the development of tools and assets necessary to deploy the consumer-centric strategy across the markets. He/she coordinates internal and external stakeholders allowing to envision, to design, and to implement the main functionalities around clienteling applications, CVM tools and data management. His/her responsibility is to orchestrate all the projects complexity, the related workload and to be a pragmatic timekeeper to guarantee an accurate project delivery.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Project CVM coordination developments timeline, activities dependency and delivery
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Management of external suppliers with a strong ability to monitor
  • Identification of market needs related to CVM & Consumer Data
  • Analysis of field market feedback and opportunities for new innovative features
  • Pilot the roadmap of evolutions and developments to ensure its follow-up and production launch
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with internal clients
