About the Role

This role will be an integral part of the Old Navy online leadership team, responsible for driving the financial success of a division. The ideal candidate has a track record of leading high-performing teams, is solution-oriented, can challenge the status quo to improve efficiency and effectiveness and ability to influence leadership and peers. Curiosity , growth mindset and strategic agility are a must.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee development, execution and communication of financial plans and strategies that support the merchandising, marketing, and financial objectives of one of a division
  • Develop and drive total divisional financial strategies to maximize business opportunities and to mitigate risk, collaborating and negotiating wit
  • Communicate monthly OTB direction, ensuring teams have current context and can identify risks/opportunities, and empower and enable teams to take action.
  • Manage in-season pricing process and strategies, balancing customer experience with financial goals, partnering with Site Merchandising and Finance.
  • Be an active participant and voice in cross-channel, cross-functional or cross-brand initiatives
  • Recruit, hire and train extraordinary Inventory Management talent, build bench strength and engagement within team of Manager, Senior Planner, Planner and/or Analyst levels.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6-8 years work experience, preferred
  • 4-6 years management experience
  • Online/Omni channel experience and/or mindset is preferred
  • Demonstrated effective communication, reflecting appropriate sense of urgency to all levels of management; able to negotiate and influence, manage up, down and across
  • Demonstrated strategic agility - ability to anticipate and articulate future business needs and respond with the appropriate strategies
  • Generate enthusiasm and support for ideas/vision that enable long-term growth and profitability.
