We are looking for seasonal Distribution Assistants to join our team this holiday season!

A Distribution Assistant (Order fulfilment) performs repetitive work in processing customer orders. Picking, packing and shipping packages for UK and International destinations while ensuring all required items and documentation are included. The Distribution Assistant (Order fulfilment) is responsible for maintaining integrity and accuracy of the order consistent with Tiffany & Co. policies and procedures. The role will be required to flex into to other areas of Distribution as deemed necessary based on business demands through the DXT training program.

The Tiffany & Co. Distribution Assistant (Order fulfilment) will exhibit skills in the following competencies:

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all Customer channel packing requirements.
  • Fulfill the packing specifications for respective orders by verifying sku, description, quantity, attachments, and ensure Tiffany & Co. quality standards.
  • Physically pack merchandise while fulfilling the packing specifications for each respective order.
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed the department standards for UPH productivity, as set out in the KPI performance program
  • Maintain workstation and surrounding areas are clean and orderly at end of shift
  • Picking - Ensure the accurate processing of orders and placing the merchandise in the correct totes.
  • Ensuring that primary picking locations are refilled regularly.
  • Process all shipments utilizing JDE and carrier systems ensuring that daily deadlines are met and communicate with Supervisor to ensure all express and next day orders are processed in time for collections.
  • Ensure that all international shipments are processed with correct paperwork. Report any issues to the supervisor
  • Complete end of day processing for all carriers
  • Assist with DC cycle count program, to ensure highest level of accuracy for the business is maintained.Special Project- To take on additional responsibilities at management discretion.


Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements
  • IT literate with knowledge of MS office packages, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong interaction skills; detail oriented and well organized;
  • Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (Inbound, Order fulfilment etc.).
  • Must have authorization to work and remain in the UK


Preferred Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements
  • Previous experience in similar role is preferred
