Job Role: Retail Style Advisor
Reporting to: Concession Manager
Location: ME+EM Selfridges Concession, London
Contract type: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
This role requires the successful candidate to travel to our ME+EM Concession in Selfridges London. Candidates must have the flexibility to work across 5 days a week with shift patterns ranging from 9am-10pm.

About you:
- A minimum of 1 year working for premium or high street brands
- Have a genuine passion for fashion and providing outstanding customer service
- Team player, positive attitude, proactive
Your Responsibilities:
- Delivering best in class customer experience
- Confident with styling and outfit building
- CRM and connecting with customers
- Understanding GDPR and using customer databases
- Awareness of opening and closing duties
- Handling refunds and client issues
- Ensure visual merchandising meets standards
- Replenishing stock
- Reporting missed sales
