THE ROLE & THE TEAM
Zalando's Lounge proposition focuses on creating a resilient business, elevating the customer experience and using data and analytics to design and deliver products that excite our customers and suppliers.
Lounge PMO oversees the portfolio, programmes and projects across their lifecycle, supporting sponsors and teams to plan and execute their projects successfully within a dynamic and fast paced environment.

- You are an excellent communicator, and comfortable working within a faced paced and transforming environment
- You are interested in project management and appreciate the different approaches should be applied by size and complexity instead of a one-size fits all
- You appreciate how process, templates and standards help manage projects' teams and provide them clarity and efficiency.
- You appreciate how environmental influences and priorities impact projects and are comfortable communicating change to your project teams and stakeholders.
