Senior Production Associate at FINESSE

About the Role
FINESSE creates the trends our algorithm surfaces incredibly quickly and on a very tight monthly timeline. We are searching for someone who is highly operationally skilled & exceptionally energetic to coordinate & expand on the entire supply chain of the business, across garment development & production, material sourcing, shipping & fulfillment. You will be establishing new processes for efficiency as we scale our production and will coordinate with our different vendors across the world to ensure the timely execution of our rapid timeline. You will be implementing an entirely new mode of supply chain, powered by new technology.

About You
You love being a part of an entirely innovative system and can execute efficiently and quickly. You are a tough negotiator and can successfully negotiate across different cultures. You are highly organized and can synthesize, structure & plan efficient information streams across various departments to create a robust system. And you have an incredible energy that you cannot wait to apply to a tough problem of establishing a new type of supply chain.

Recommended Background

• A proven track record of implementing, maintaining and executing on innovative operational systems
• Thorough experience in international supply chain
• Thorough understanding of garment development and manufacturing
• Quick & Accurate Techpacking Abilities
• A highly flexible work skills that can span across & synthesize operational departments
