MISSION

The PVH Ecommerce business is a rapidly growing revenue stream and a major contributor to the Italy+ success.Our premium, fast paced and digitally advanced environment is like no other offering an engaging client experience as well as a unique place to work!
This critical role within the South East HUB will work cross channel and connect with its key stakeholders, they will work to uphold brand integrity online and to open new business streams.
The Wholesales/Sales Manager E-commerce will be responsible for B2B e-commerce development of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Italy and Balkans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Full P&L responsibility and accountability for driving margin targets
  • Playing a leadership role responsible for bringing the PVH vision to life through the day-to-day running, development and coaching of the team
  • Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities
  • Develop and negotiate commercial terms and conditions for assigned account portfolio.
  • Plan/Create and execute digital sales strategies to achieve online sales budgets
  • In charge of development of Tommy.com and Calvin.com in Balkans managed by a Distributor
  • Drive online revenue by increasing traffic, conversion rate and average order value
  • Daily monitoring of all KPIs, being able to read the data and take quick actions from all perspectives
  • Monitoring reports and analysis on digital performance (sales vs. budgets)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by improving user experience on partner's website
  • Implementation of the digital activities and online content to execute integrated campaigns with unified messaging across all customer touch points
  • Ensure that E-comm Merchandising, Sales and Marketing Departments work closely on quarterly assortment plans and monthly product flow to ensure recapping and future strategies continually align with team objectives
  • Liaise with retail team to ensure omni-channel approach
  • Manage the online marketing calendar including all digital activity from product updates, site promotions through to acquisition and retention strategies

ABOUT YOU
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years' working experience in E-Commerce (Omni channel, market place, pure players, performance marketing)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease
  • Proven project management experience, business acumen and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication & influencing skills to both external partners to internal stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation skills, always backed by data & insights
  • Ability to identify opportunities and gaps and develop both short-and long-term business objectives
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written communication
