Carhartt WIP is part of the Work In Progress Holding AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

Content Designer (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities:

We are looking for experienced designers to support our editorial team in Berlin. Here we design and produce content for social media, our global websites and our DTC communication on a daily basis.
We also develop content marketing strategies, visual concepts and micro-campaigns for collaborations, events or specific aspects of the collection.

You'll work closely with the creative team, developing individual graphic assets for social media and CRM, as well as ideas, templates and systems for recurring formats or self-contained content campaigns.
You will also design and develop email campaigns, landing pages, and graphic assets for our websites.

Your Profile:

• 3-5 years of work experience in (digital) editorial design, as well as in developing visual concepts and identities.
• Excellent skills in common design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and Figma.
• Good understanding of After Effects and general animation techniques.
• Motivation to work collaboratively
• Good communication skills both internally and externally
• Deep understanding of our brand and the market situation
• Enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of street culture, fashion, technology, and innovative design
• Fluent in German and English
