PRIMARY ROLE

The Marketing Manager will work within the Marketing team and support the day-to-day activity of Altuzarra’s Digital Flagship Store and act as the liaison between Altuzarra and third-party partners. This individual will bring knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce and organization skills to support team objectives of providing an enhanced customer experience and a digital representation of the Altuzarra universe. The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as within a team environment, present strong organizational skills, an ability to multitask, creativity and an articulated understanding of the brand. This is an opportunity for someone who is proactive and driven to learn in a growing luxury fashion brand.

 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the direct revenue-driving channels including Email, Paid Search, Affiliates, Retargeting, and Paid Social
  • Assist in the creation of the digital marketing strategy and keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends
  • Manage the production and delivery of various digital marketing materials, website needs and brand-related assets for both internal use and external partners. This includes leading the e-commerce photography process and support the production of creative shoots, runway shows, marketing collaborations and events
  • Maintain the digital and social media calendars for scheduling and distribution of all content related to digital PR and digital marketing (e.g. social, newsletters, website, advertising, brand collateral, launches, collaborations, PR initiatives and retail/wholesale activations)
  • Ideate and pitch original marketing projects across channels and categories to drive awareness and sales, contributing to the creation of initial project briefs, timelines and project budgets
  • Support customer service and website operations related to new collection launches, content updates and site uploads including managing data related to seasonal content, product information, product imagery, site functionality and pricing
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple acquisition channels and customer touch points

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, ideally at a luxury fashion brand
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Proficient in Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Fast learning ability to understand content management tools
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to multi-task and react to shifting priorities while adhering to deadlines. Attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – with a strong need to convey statuses clearly and succinctly to a wide range of cross-functional audiences
  • English fluency
