Senior PR Manager - Maternity cover (f/m/d)

To support our Communications team we are searching for a Senior PR Manager - Maternity cover (f/m/d) to be based in our Aschheim office. 
 

  WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Implement  the global PR strategy into DACH & Scandinavia region

• Develop and nurture public relations with press (print, digital, stylist)

• Strengthen the brand image by identifying newsworthy stories and pitching these to appropriate media and generate well targeted press coverage

• Be responsible for all press related activities (brand PR/Product PR) within the responsible countries in co-work with the Junior PR Manager

• Be responsible for guests/press management during events 

• Press trips in the responsible markets

• Liaise with the event team to support brand projects & take care of press management during Mytheresa events

• Work closely with internal departments on some campaigns/projects/exclusives

• Create press releases for bigger PR projects

• Work closely with brands on some projects as the project owner from PR

• Develop the global communications strategy in a creative and pragmatic way focusing on the key markets

• Strong communication skills and enthusiastic team player

• Organized: Time management and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Proven track record of executing the full PR mix

• Proven ability to build favourable relationships with press (on- & offline media) in the DACH region

• Strong understanding of international markets

• Experience gained in a luxury brand environment

• At least 5 years of experience

• Bachelor degree or equivalent

• Excellent verbal and written knowledge of German (native level) and very good verbal and written knowledge of English
