  • Develop and deliver an industry-leading corporate early careers Programme.
  • Manage the end-to-end early careers process from attraction, engagement, sourcing and assessment centres through to offer stage.
  • Work in collaboration with business stakeholders across the Corporate Functions to establish the early career hiring strategy and delivery.

  • Be the expert in early careers, championing new initiatives and suppliers to ensure a best-in-class recruitment approach.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion as a core value of the business influencing and educating hiring managers with best practice and strategy.
  • Partner with internal and external communications, developing our content calendar and ensure strategic alignment on our messaging so we're always strategic in our planning and thought process.
  • Own and manage the cohort during their time with Burberry, building and delivering a compelling and interesting calendar of events, that is both insightful and relevant.
  • Manage regular check-ins with interns and line managers to ensure a successful 'year in industry'.
  • Build and implement the onboarding process.

  • Attention to detail: ability to analyse data and draw conclusions.
  • Integrity and professionalism: to act as an ambassador for Early Careers both internally and externally.
