AMIRI is seeking a highly organized and motivated Media Production Intern to join our Brand Team! The ideal candidate possesses strong verbal and written skills and has experience working in event / editorial production.

Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of the Image Production Coordinator, supports the production and project management of all Brand-related projects: photoshoots, video, social content, and events
  • Assist with coordination of sample collection needed for Brand projects
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and across all leadership levels in order to assist with the completion of department initiatives
  • Ensure that samples are picked up and returned safely to the office in a timely manner 
  • Be able to shop for craft services which includes snacks, refreshments, as well as any other listed items ahead of projects 
  • Ensure that breakfast and lunch orders are placed in a timely manner 
  • Be ready to accompany the Image Production Coordinator to set up all production supplies and equipment needed on set
  • Act as a concierge on-set to ensure the facilities used for production remain at a luxury level
  • Be attentive and proactive to any needs that may occur during a Brand team-related project
  • Ad-Hoc projects as needed

Who You Are:

  • Prior experience in media production is a plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to identity tasks that need to be handled
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and follow-through

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Marketing, Psychology, General Business, or Communications
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Must be extremely organized and committed to producing quality work in a fast-paced, but fun work environment
  • Learn the core principles and values of the brand and become familiar with each collection
  • Experience in luxury fashion/lifestyle is a plus 
  • Must be based in Los Angeles, CA
