CREATIVE OPERATIONS

We're a creative family, building copy, data and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH Ecommerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold standard imagery, content and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.

Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break!

THE ROLE

Reporting to Master Planner Lead you will create a plan of hiring and onboarding of headcount according to production plan needs and hiring capacity. You'll monitor workforce plan adherence, and then ensure that the needs are met. As a Workforce Planner, you will be an intermediary, liaising both with Creative Operations teams and People team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Keep track of all hiring needs, coming from the production plan, and plan according to Talent Acquisition team capacity and business needs;
    • Monitor weekly available resources and highlight deviation and risks to the plan;
    • Support with ad-hoc analysis for capacity scenarios;
    • Work with People Team, Production Planners and Execution teams according to the business needs and deliver continuous improvements to the service levels;
    • Develop KPIs to measure and monitor process performance.


WHO YOU ARE

    • Degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or other similar areas;
    • 3+ years professional experience on a similar role;
    • Team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams in multiple locations;
    • Ability to manage and process a variety of information in a reactive environment;
    • Strong Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions) skills. Knowledge in SQL and VBA
    • Proficient in written and spoken English.
