JOB PURPOSE

A great opportunity to join our DE&I Team. Within this role you will support the coordination of projects for the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team to support the continue conversation around DE&I and the execution of the global strategy. Making sure that things are delivered in a timely manner, with accuracy and on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role reports into our Senior Manager of DE&I Strategy & Partnerships and will be working closely with broader HR team and our advisory networks, representing our DE&I spirit and ambition.
  • Support Senior Managers & VP to drive global D&I agenda
  • Support on ERG's internal council & Cultural Advisory Council
  • Provide support with team communications
  • Assist key benchmarking exercises with project planning, liaison and coordination with different business functions, to compile evidence and draft replies.
  • Coordinate award submissions.
  • Co-ordinate Global Benchmark submissions (stonewall, Ethnicity Maturity Matrix etc) & develop feedback loop to business to improve strategy and data collection.
  • Provide event management assistance.
  • Work with Education lead to drive participation in DE&I training and monitor attendance and completion.
  • Provide assistance for annual employee self id campaign
  • Build power point decks for culture advisory council and internal council
  • Participate in/supporting DE&I related projects as required
  • Carry out other ad hoc tasks to support the effective delivery of the DE&I strategy
  • Develop key stakeholder knowledge, understanding and expertise on inclusion

  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Strong communications skills (written & presentation)
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
  • Interest in diversity and inclusion
  • An interest in fashion
