Responsibilities will include assisting the sales team on both coasts (New York & Los Angeles) with preparations for upcoming selling seasons while working closely with one of the company's owners.

Position Summary:

The Sales Assistant will work with BBC, IceCream, Kappa, Well-Known, and Blue Carats Apparel. 
 

Job Duties:

Assist in day-to-day sales activity for all brands
Properly track, manage, and display samples for all brands
Responsible for product/sample uploads on the B2B platform for all brands (NuOrder)
Manage excel spreadsheets to track inventory for production buys, clean-outs, and promotional orders, for all brands
Manage daily reports to monitor inventory accuracy
Manage incoming and outgoing packages, including boxing, shipping, and tracking (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
Serve as liaison between The Foundation and outside brand partners
 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in fashion wholesale and/or retail of garment industry (internship included)
Proficient in Excel and Word

Perform all duties on-site

Must pay close attention to detail

Must have the ability to problem solve and exert critical thinking

Must have good time management and organizational skills
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Must have the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and meet deadlines
Must be available for some occasional travel
Must have a valid driver's license
