The Vice President of Consumer Experience & Engagement, Asia, is a regional technology role, responsible for modernizing the technology stack across Asia. Works in close collaboration with Regional and Global leadership within TPG and, Asia business teams / markets. This person will be responsible for developing / evolving the technical architecture, design and implementation of business solutions that support leading practices (global or regional standard) for PVH Asia's critical business functions.

In this role, the person will primarily set the technology strategy and vision for PVH Asia's approach to transformative & best practices for unified commerce (E-Comm, CRM, POS and Digital tools) across the region.

The individual selected will be instrumental in overseeing the prioritization, assessment, selection, planning, execution and support of all commercial technologies that will provide a unified view of the customer. The Vice President will be responsible for collaborating and aligning with Global TPG groups during the inception, prioritization, development and execution of strategies. The Vice President will also provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams that include internal TPG organizations, business process, project mgmt. office, business stakeholders and third party vendors. This person will collaborate with TPG peers, consulting resources and respective business teams to set direction and determine priorities for the development and ongoing management of business solutions and their technology needs.

This is a pivotal role in Asia; one that fosters partnerships with other technology and business leaders at PVH; , as, the person will define and evolve the modernization of technologies within the region; while sourcing, leading, and presenting forward-thinking, high-impact capabilities for PVH Asia. The Vice President of Consumer Experience & Engagement will develop a strategy/roadmap to move away from Country/Market specific solutions to a mix of Global/Regional platforms or Global/Regional solutions keeping at the forefront PVH Asia Business strategy; balancing it with TPG Global strategy.

The Vice President of Consumer Experience & Engagement Practices is a senior leader within PVH Asia TPG organization, who will own the strategic portfolio, oversee its governance, sponsor technical development, manage dedicated staff and invite adoption through cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have proven experience in driving transformational change (at a regional or global scale) and positioning the region to incorporate emerging technologies. This role requires a strong ability to build a network and influence senior, cross-functional leaders to resolve issues that may arise to deliver a consistently high service across many Go-Market business disciplines. This person will have a strong understanding of latest trends in the retail market and solution technology to meet trend demands.

  • The Vice President of Consumer Experience & Engagement facilitates the process to prioritize strategic and operational system projects, as required to support their business segment across countries & regions.
  • The Vice President is responsible to understand and set direction regarding the strategic position of their application(s), including ensuring the company has the required expertise in-house or external, to support it.
  • The Vice President contributes to the development of TPG Strategic plan and its implementation.
  • The Vice President provides guidance on development & integration standards that align with PVH TPG policies as well as those required for compliance by supported platform vendors.
  • The Vice President recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change, or where new ones are needed, including regulatory driven changes to respective countries.
  • The Vice President will work closely with other groups to coordinate strategies, priorities and inter-dependent initiatives. This includes coordination with the other Technology teams, Infrastructure teams (e.g. Ops, Network, and Tech), Information Security/Audit areas, and business units.
  • The Vice President is responsible for understanding the potential use of new technologies in their area as driven by PVH initiatives, vendor capabilities or industry best practices & trends, and informing his peers as necessary.
  • The Vice President will anticipate future needs of the business and work with Global and Regional infrastructure to ensure that current architecture can sustain future growth for the areas S/he is responsible
  • The Vice President is expected to provide value added services to the business in the form of making business process improvement recommendations.
  • The Vice President is expected to serve as an expert resource for their area, to other TPG project teams.
  • The Vice President is expected to enforce PMO compliance & adoption within their respective teams.
  • The Vice President is responsible to ensure that appropriate compliance requirements (if applicable) are met in their area (e.g., Sarbanes Oxley, IT General Controls, etc.).
  • The Vice President fulfills departmental requirements in terms of providing work coverage and administrative notification during periods of personnel illness, PTO or education
  • The Vice President must be able to act for the GVP in his/her absence, as well as handle any duties assigned by management.
  • Assist business partners in identifying new functionality, benefits and therefore new capabilities of a new or upgraded software platform
  • Partner with business and TPG project teams on overall implementations and support; ensure system and business objectives are understood and met
  • Gain trust of senior leaders, regarding priorities, planning, challenges and accomplishments.
  • Negotiate compromises across teams
  • Serve as owner for the respective technology stacks and ensure appropriate technology is implemented in alignment with business needs
  • The Vice President will be required to prepare and maintain a regional Commercial systems budget therefore, should have experience in budget planning - Capital / Operating Expense.
