Our content stories, designs and new functionalities set the example for our worldwide Tommy Hilfiger Ecommerce business and are leading on our website and in-store shopping screens.

The Position

As Manger, Content Publishing, you work within the wider Ecommerce team to lead on the technical production and go-live operations of content campaigns, both seasonal and ad-hoc (capsule launches, sales activations), as well as big commercial moments, like Black Friday and Cyber Week.

You will lead a team of three direct reports - Content Management System Specialists, Content Editor and a QA Analyst, as well as liaising with external vendors to make sure experiences and campaigns are delivered on time, produced on budget and consistent with the quality standards outlined by the Style Guide and by the Tommy Hilfiger brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • In this role, you will develop and lead the overarching content publishing strategy for, for campaigns, capsules, seasonal refreshes and ad-hoc content activations.
  • You will act as the custodian of the CMS and website, taking creative materials (images, copy, product inspiration) and building them to useable webpages that seamlessly integrate into the UX.
  • You'll focus on production and publishing efficiencies, on-time execution, leanness and standardization of the content ecosystem.
  • You're responsible for effectively coordinating your team to make sure content meets the needs of our consumers, as well as respects the creative integrity of editorial projects and UX design.
  • On a day-to-day basis, you will manage your direct reports, providing coaching and guidance when and where necessary.

The Ideal Candidate
  • You are an energetic team player who is excited by and committed to content operations and publishing
  • You will have a good understanding and experience in using a headless CMS (or multiple)
  • You will have some knowledge of the technical requirements and implications to content production and publishing
  • You show sound experience in project management, focusing on initiation, planning, execution, performance and monitoring
  • You are a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, you can naturally adapt your communication style to suit your audience
  • Lastly, you should have previous managerial experience and excel at motivating and managing direct reports
