Position Overview
Assist in media activities for the Women's Fashion portfolio

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: · Coordinate Global Women's PR Editorial sample requests; communicate professionally and swiftly to both external and internal teams, ensure timely and full returns, track and communicate exclusivity as needed · Oversee tracking of Women's editorial requests and credits, monitor for future credit placements · Place Women's seasonal sample orders, ensure timely delivery of samples, and manage inventory · Compile monthly editorial placement reports and brand initiative recaps · RL News - working with PR and Corporate Communications team on credits to enter into daily news brief each morning · Archive all Women's press clips, lookbooks, and relevant merchandising documents · Contacts - maintain contact excel and update as needed · Gifting - Prepare and track editor gifts, maintain knowledge of competitor gifting landscape to contribute to creative brainstorming for new initiatives and launches · Collect magazines each month to distribute to leadership · Maintain organized PR closets and ensure seasonal archiving of samples · Ability to work in person for Press Events, Fashion shows, etc. Position Requirements: · Previous experience in PR and/or fashion is preferred · Social Media skills required · Available to work as needed for notable VIP events and company events

* Strong sense of industry, celebrity, and style knowledge
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Highly organized, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong writing and verbal skills
* Proficiency with computer programs and skills especially with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets
* Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
* Thorough understanding of brand positioning and DNA
* Ability to function in a fast - paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills
