Position Overview
In a scope of supplier empowerment strategy, that position will be responsible of all QA certification programs Globally, define the programs align with RL expectations, coordinating with regional leads and measuring main metrics for the success of the programs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Accountable of the VQA (Vendor Quality Assurance) /STEP (Supplier Technical Empowerment program) Certification programs
* Establish a working relationship with vendors; team and regional training partners across regions in executing the VQP program
* Accountable of Governance & Oversight of the programs, periodically reporting to management and alignment with CF teams/Regional leads/FQA managers
* Ensure ALL Ralph Lauren requirements are understood and fulfilled by factory auditors. Facility On boarding
* Attached to QA teams, supporting in a training function; leads a small team
* Point person in terms of managing and rolling out the Vendor Quality Program and new QA hires
* Leading VQA/STEP summits with CF teams in each regions/areas.
* Support QCI system implementation
* Support any other trainings and system implementation if needed
* Manage and support VQP/STEP trainers on auditor training
* Evaluate VQP/STEP trainers' performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement
* Conduct Training, Assessment and Certification of Trainee's; Probation Vendor Quality Auditors and Certified Auditors
* Manage reporting and ongoing status of VQP trainees; Probation Vendor Quality Auditors and Certified Auditors throughout lifecycle of the program
* Manage and monitor suspension of Vendor Quality Auditors and communication of such to Vendors and Factories
* Set up on site training and material
* Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
* Assist in ad hoc assignments or projects when needed

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* 7-10 years' relevant working experience in the Quality Assurance/Auditing and Training field
* Degree or diploma holder with experience in related field
* Ability to work autonomously with a high level of initiative
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
* Good written and spoken English language skills
* Good presentation skills
* Critical thinking and ability to plan; organize and execute
* Result orientated, self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic and energetic
* Committed to continuous learning
