FINANCE

We're a global team with a presence in all of our locations around the world. Our biggest teams are based in the UK and Portugal. Our team in Porto focuses on financial reporting and operations, while the Group Finance team in London is made up of Corporate Development, Tax, Treasury and Commercial Finance. All of our teams play an instrumental role within the business, from developing best practice, delivering strategic projects and helping us to tell our story with data.

Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break!

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Procurement Applications Support Specialist to help other Farfetchers globally to take full advantage of our procurement applications in their daily jobs while shaping the future of the company by participating on the optimization of all the procurement related processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

· Improve Procurement processes, taking full advantage of their potential.

· Automate recurring manual procedures.

· Document problem solving guides to enhance applicational support.

· Assist end-users with user-specific settings and complete approved customization requests.

· Analyze, troubleshoot, and help resolve Procurement systems issues, preventing them to happen in the future.

· Monitor and ensure the health of different Procurement applications.

· Be an important point in the identification of end-user training needs, build training materials and provide on-site and virtual training to end-users.

· Work with other application teams to fix or build new integrations between Procurement systems and other Farfetch systems

WHO YOU ARE

· Experienced in systems support - knowledge of Coupa or any other procurement tool is a plus;

· Capable to work as part of a global team to collaborate across geographic and organizational boundaries;

· Fluency in English (written and spoken).
