We are looking fo aManager Global Consumer & Market Insights (m/f/d) to strengthen our Global Consumer & Market Insights Team.

What you can expect:

  • Be an integral part of our Group Strategy & Corporate Development team and play a key role in expanding market and consumer analytic capabilities on a global scale
  • Continuously provide KPIs and benchmarks for our performance and derive key measures for opportunities in collaboration with various stakeholders
  • You systematically detect early disruptive actions and shifts in consumer behaviour in the highly-competitive market, analysing their strategic relevance and ease of implementation in the company
  • You provide fact-based solutions to aid the top management's decision-making
  • You promote/ use/ train the organization on a broad range of analytical tasks both within and outside the fashion & luxury goods industry
  • Develop data processing and visualization solutions in collaboration with internal & external resources & partners
  • Build and manage an internal and external network of experts, platforms & tools, research agencies and decision makers


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed bachelor or master's degree/ MBA or an equivalent
  • Min. 2-3 years of relevant professional experience (retailer company, consumer brand company or strategy consultancy)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in consumer needs, fashion, digitalisation and innovation
  • Passion for new challenges and team player
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and proficiency in building powerful stories around facts & data
  • Detail-oriented, pragmatic and solution-oriented work
  • Excellent written and spoken German & English
